Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs - a mixed breed medium sized dog, and a Golden Retriever, and now have a 70 pound bundle of love and energy myself whose name is Dash. I adore pets and the love they give us. Dash LOVES other dogs (and cats, which we have fostered but don’t own). I work from home and am able to give your dog attention, play, and exercise. Between Dash and I, we think your dog will enjoy his or her time with us until you return! Thank you for considering us!

Monet is simply amazing. She ended up adopting a dog that I used to foster. She has so much love for him and other dogs. She is very conscious about only having good quality treats for him. She also takes the time to teach him tricks (I've seen at least 6). I've been in her home multiple times and its always pet friendly. I highly recommend Monet as a dog caregiver.

Rest assured your pet will be safe here! My dog happens to be a “runner” so I am a careful dog mom, always making sure the leash is on before opening the door. I also feed all pets separately. I will not leave your dog unattended for longer than an amount of time that you feel comfortable with, and wont take him or her in my car unless you agree as well.

I would love if your dog could spend a few minutes at my home after meeting on neutral ground, so that we can assess how our dogs get along and if we are the right fit for you and your fur child!
A typical day
We typically walk throughout Kirkland down to the lake and around the neighborhoods here. I have plenty of balls for playing fetch and other toys! There is also a school nearby with a big yard that is fully fenced in that Dash loves to run around in, so would take them there, with the owners permission.

Availability
I work from home and have a flexible schedule with standard hours, which means I provide dog walks first thing in the morning, after work and again before bed. I can also: brush your pets fur, brush teeth, administer meds. I always feed pets separately, but cuddle and play with them together as much as they want!
