Pet care experience
My experience with dogs started with frequently dog sitting my sister's dogs. I got my own first dog in 2017, and another dog with my husband in early 2022. In addition, I've dog sat for friends and fostered here and there. I have (non-professional) experience giving medication, trimming nails, cleaning ears, brushing teeth, and bathing. I love dogs!

Mona is an incredibly attentive, loving, and caring dog owner. She has been raising animals (dogs, cats, hamsters!) her entire life. She currently cares for 2 rescues, both of whom she loves dearly. I would happily entrust her with my dog, Maple, any time, knowing that my dog would be well looked after under her care.

My husband and I have two small dogs (8 lb spayed chihuahua + 11 lb neutered Boston terrier/pug), no kids or other pets, and a doggie door to our fenced private yard. We don't crate our dogs, but can crate your dog if/when you prefer.

I prefer potty trained dogs that know how to use a doggie door. I also prefer dogs that don't have aggression toward other dogs. It would be good to know your expected walking/feeding schedule, any food allergies, and if your dog needs to be crated at night.
A typical day
Walks 2-3 times per day + time hanging out in backyard + playing during the day. There's a dog park we also go to on the weekends with a small dog enclosure.

I work from home Mondays & Fridays. Whether or not I go into the office on a particular day, the dogs will get 2+ walks per day, play time, and attention. We also have a doggie door and fenced private yard.
