Bright Pups Dog Walking & Sitting
Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Mona, a passionate and professional dog walker who loves nothing more than spending time with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’m the proud owner of Bright Pups, my own dog walking business based in Kingswood, Bristol. With Bright Pups, I strive to provide top-quality care for your furry friends, ensuring they are happy, healthy, and well looked after while you’re away. Here’s a bit about my qualifications and experience: • DBS-checked for your peace of mind. • Fully insured to ensure the safety and security of your pets. • Canine First Aid trained through NARPSUK, so I’m always prepared in case of emergencies. • A Certified Professional Dog Walker through IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers), which means I follow industry best practices to keep your dog safe, engaged, and happy. Whether your pup needs a fun group adventure, a quiet solo walk, or some extra TLC, I’m here to provide a reliable, loving, and professional service. I treat every dog as if they were my own and believe in creating a bond based on trust, care, and lots of tail-wagging fun! I’d love to meet you and your pup to discuss how I can help. Let’s make your dog’s day even brighter!
Reviews

Mona is a great dog walker. She’s been walking our dog Sylvie for the last few months and I’d highly recommend her. She’s reliable and communicative about the walks. We always get photos and videos, and Sylvie always has a great time! Thanks Mona :)

Mona was amazing with Keahi. Accommodating, caring, welcoming and made sure she received her meds, food, walks & cuddles. Keahi's tai was wagging for every visit. 100% recommend. Thanks Mona (& Lottie for pawssisting)

I have a secure back garden where dogs can enjoy running on the grass or on the paved area. I also have my own dog, Lottie, who is currently 8 months old (born November 2023) and she adores the company of other dogs, big or small so your dog can have some company. Your dog would have access to the downstairs area of my house, plenty of room to play but can be separated if required.
Information Mona d. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any medical conditions or anything that would make them uncomfortable/nervous. Also, if we are on a walk, if there is anything I need to be aware of (nervous around children/likes to be walked alone etc).
A typical day
When I take care of dogs, my goal is to make their time with me as enjoyable, engaging, and enriching as possible. Here are some of the fun activities I incorporate into our walks and care routines: Adventure Walks We explore local parks, fields, and trails where dogs can enjoy a variety of sights, smells, and terrains. For dogs that love to run, we’ll play fetch or have safe off-lead time in secure areas (with your permission). Engaging Games I include games like scent work and tug-of-war, to stimulate their minds and keep them entertained. These activities are great for both mental and physical exercise. Socialisation For dogs who thrive in social settings, I arrange group walks or meet-ups with other friendly dogs, giving them the chance to bond and play with new friends. Tailored Activities I adapt the activities to match each dog’s personality, energy levels, and preferences. Whether they love a slow sniffy walk, active playtime, or exploring new environments, I make sure they have the best experience. Seasonal Fun From splashing in puddles on rainy days to enjoying shaded walks during summer, I ensure that every walk is safe, weather-appropriate, and fun no matter the season. By mixing exercise, enrichment, and socialization, I aim to give every dog a tail-wagging good time while keeping them happy, healthy, and engaged.
