In my opinion, a home isn't a home without a pet- I grew up on a farm, so looking after and spending time with animals of all sorts (from cats and chickens to dogs and horses) has been a huge part of my every day life. Not only has that sent me off with a love and knowledge of many animals, but it also taught me the importance of maintaining an animal's schedule- and the responsibility to do so. (Basically, I will show up when I say I will without fail.) However while I was in college, I not only realized how much I missed having animals in my every day life- but also got to see how challenging it can be to provide pets with the exercise and attention they need on top of a jam packed schedule. Now that I've graduated and have some spare time, I would love to help out others who are struggling to spend enough time with their pets on a daily basis. I know basic veterinary care for dogs, and can work on any current training you have been doing with your pet! (Practice makes perfect!) I'm also an avid runner, and would love to have some four legged company! I'm also dabble in animal photography, and could provide a few snaps of your pup being his or her adorable self!
