Molly was amazing! She is very detail oriented and did an amazing job at keeping me updated throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Molly to anyone who is looking for a loving sitter!

This was our experience with Molly this past week. She was scheduled for 10 thirty minute drop-in visits with our two senior dogs. She made all the visits BUT never stayed more than 20 min. Most were 10 min or less with even a few under 5 min. She was also late or early which left our pets alone for over 12 hours and not proper time to be outside or eat. She was reporting that she was there the full 30 minutes. Had it not been for our Ring doorbell, we would not have known. When confronted, she admitted she had overbooked herself and offered a partial refund to attempt to make things right. We will not be using her in the future.
