I grew up on a farm in NC just north of Charlotte and my family and I have raised all kinds of dog breeds ranging from, Pit bulls, German Shepherds, Jack Russels, and even Huskies. Aside from dogs, I have grown up around horses, cows, goats, chickens, barn cats, and even donkeys. Animals played a big role for me growing up. With a backyard full of amazing creatures I was never a bored kid. Professionally I have worked at daycare/boarding facilities for all together 4 years in NC before moving to Columbia, SC for a job in finance. Just recently I quit my 50+ hour a week job in finance to have more time to spend with my 9 month old and our animals at home. My little family and I are very active and we love taking our 4 year old husky for walks/runs in the evening. I am experienced in understanding dog behavior (especially in a playgroup setting), comfortable with handling large breeds, administering medications, handling emergency pet care. I have very flexible with hours and manage my time very well. I understand that your pet is family and that is why I always make sure that I am putting their health and happiness first and foremost when giving care.
