I will be your dogs favorite!

Pet care experience

I grew up with multiple dogs and cats in my home and learned at a young age how to care for them. Growing up I would walk neighborhood dogs and help family friends with their pets when they went out of town. In college, I got a dog (a pug named Pete) and I have had a dog or cat (or both) ever since. I absolutely love animals, and they tend to love me back. I have experience with all types of breeds, big and small. I am confident walking dogs of all sizes (my current puppy is a 100lbs goofball) and love to run them hard and then settle down for some scratches and snuggles. Whether they are a mild paced walker who enjoys the sunshine and smelling the flowers, or a high energy, fast paced walker that needs to let out some energy, I am your girl!

We booked Molly fairly last minute, but she was super responsive and able to do everything we needed so we could enjoy a wedding reception! Thank you, Molly, the dogs loved you!!

Molly has been a godsend with last minute requests and just generally taking care of my Zenny. I am always happy whenever she looks in on my doggo.

I was traveling and wife had an injury that prevented her from walking the dog. Molly was very responsive and (more importantly) great with Sadie.

My family currently has 2 dogs. A 20 lbs Boston Terrier/beagle mix, and a 100 lbs lab/Rottweiler/Husky puppy. I take care of them daily and am working on separation anxiety with our big guy. Both dogs are rescues and have some baggage from their time before they came to our home, but patience, training, and love is the way I get through to them. House sitting/staying in you home with your pet- My typical schedule is to be at your home overnight from 8pm- 10am, and then dropping in twice during the day for more potty breaks and play time. This allows me to accommodate my daily schedule and responsibilities, but also insures your pup is getting breaks around every 4 hours during the day. If you are needing more daytime visits or more of a "constant care" sitter please let me know and we can discuss your pets needs and any additional charges that might be necessary. Dog Walks- Is your pet high energy and needs to get in as many steps as we can? Or is it a dog that prefers to take more of a leisurely walk and enjoys sniffing the smells they can? Do they just need a quick trip around the block to do their business and then game time in the living room or some snuggles on the couch? Let me know your dogs needs and I will do my best to accommodate them! Drop Ins- Drop ins are perfect for checking in on pets during your work day, or for pets that don't require long walks while you are away. Maybe a pup that is older and can't go for longer walks, a couch potato that just wants to do their business and then go inside to play or snuggle on the couch. Or this option is for your beloved cats that need fed, litter boxes cleaned, and some attention so they don't give you the cold shoulder when you get home! As always, just let me know what your pet needs and I am your gal!

Information Molly H. would like to know about your pet

Let me know any important information about your dog! This will help me make the most of our time together and help me keep them (and myself) safe and happy! *Do they get along with other animals? *Are they timid, or think everyone is there to see them? *Are they protective of the house? *How are they on a leash? Can they safely meet new friends while we walk, or should we steer clear of other animals? *Do they take any supplements or medicine? How well do they take it? (I can give oral medications, but need to know how much to push when they are not loving the situation lol) *If I am house sitting, do they like to sleep in bed? *If they are kenneled during the day or night, what is your word to get them to go to their kennel? Do they go "Night night", "go to their kennel," or any other variation of such? *Do they have a special treat? And is it ok for them to have treats I bring with me? The more I know about your pet, the better I can work with them!

A typical day

I am a firm believer in breed genetics and the natural characteristics that come with them! I love enrichment games and toys and am a huge fan of figuring out what makes your dog happiest! Do they love to sniff out treats and use their hound instincts? Or love to play fetch and retrieve items for you? Maybe they are a herding dog and want to run around the back yard with me and keep me in line? I have several toys that I can bring with me! I can bring treat puzzles to make them use their brains, lick mats that can calm an anxious or high energy dog, as well as balls, frisbees, etc to make the most of the time I spend with them. I also love just hitting the pavement and getting in my steps for the day with a doggy companion. But equally love a nice snuggle session with them and getting in all the pets and neck scratches I can.
