In a nutshell, I'm seriously considering this line of work because of how much I adore dogs of all different sizes/species. Come to think of it, I think one of the greatest truths about dogs is their capacity to love unconditionally, and to love wholeheartedly. Just look at the face of a dog right by a homeless person. They don't care what their owner wears, where they live, what they feed them, or even how they smell. All that dog needs is love and a little bit of attention, and in return, they make you - their owner - their entire universe. Getting to do that is a reward in and of itself. Getting paid to do it, that's just pure awesomeness! I grew up with a dog and a cat in our home, and ever since I was a baby, I had such a strong bond with Bella (that was her name). More than 20 years later I still think of her and remember all the priceless times we had together. It's no wonder why dog owners consider their pups as family, or even closer than family. P.S.
