Pet care experience
I have been passionate about animal care for my entire life. Growing up, my family made our own little farm in the suburbs with dogs, cats, ducks, guinea pigs, and of course lots of fish! I have extensive experience working casually with animals as a dog walker and pet sitter in the greater Boston area as well as on Nantucket. More recently I've started to explore working with animals a bit more professionally, starting off as a sickbay intern at a vervet monkey sanctuary in South Africa. As such, I am confident in my ability to provide the full range of animal care services, from cuddles and walks to medicines and messes!

Mo took great care of my dogs while I was away. She made me feel comfortable that my dogs were in good hands and kept me updated.
Mo did an Awesome job! She was always stayed in communication with me and took great pictures and videos. I didn't have to worry about a thing and Waylon was well taken care of with MO. I bumped into a few neighbors after I got back on walks and they told me they saw Waylon and MO at the dig park together and they were having so much fun!!! I will definitely use MO to watch Waylon again. :) she did great!
Mo was amazing with our dog Piper and cat Jeremy. We reached out letting her know that we would be going away for almost two weeks. She responded quickly and made great effort to come over and meet the pets and see our house right away. She was kind, caring and extremely responsive. We were away on a cruise and didn’t have cell service, but she still continued to update the app with photos and status of the pets. They were so comfortable with her and you can see from pictures that they were well cared for and loved in our absences. Mo is an amazing caretaker and you would be lucky to have her in your home!
Mo is great! Very responsive and patient with our multiple details and requests :) Oreo is a happy pup to have their walks!

Over the past 10 years, I've met a lot of amazing dogs and worked in all sorts of environments. The majority of my work has been dog walking/sitting in client's homes (my dog simply isn't friendly enough for me to be able to invite dogs into her space). I am very easygoing and am more than happy to follow your lead on your pup's routine!

I am very comfortable providing medical care to your dog as well if they have any special needs. I'd love to know how long they like to walk and what their general daily routine looks like.
A typical day
I'm a big believer in a tired dog is a good dog! I love going on long walks (1+ hours) with your dogs. I know some great trails in my area that are great for sniffing adventures!

I recently finished working as a camp coordinator on Nantucket and, while I have plans for January, I'm looking for some casual work for the in-between. My schedule is currently very open for short-term engagements such as dog walking or short dog sitting. If you're looking for something a bit more long-term, I'm more than happy to look at my schedule and fit you in!
