MK was supposed to have a simple job watching our poodle puppy while we were on vacation, and then 24 hours after we left we learned there was a hurricane warning for our area (Henri). MK went above and beyond - breaking down furniture on the back deck before the storm, extending her sitting dates since we could not safely get back until it was over, etc. She made a stressful situation as un-stressful as it could be. Additionally, she sent us regular updates and pictures and our pup was clearly well cared for. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

I had a perfect experience with MK on Thursday afternoon. I needed to schedule a walk for that afternoon and luckily she was available and so gracious about it being on short notice. She texted me shortly before the time she was to arrive to say she could come a little bit earlier if that worked for me (which it did)...I always think it's such a plus to have someone who communicates well. My dog Wally is a rescue Lab/pitbull mix and is 72lbs. He was so excited to meet her and so he can be a little overwhelming but she was not phased, gave him some reassuring affection and soon he became calm and they headed out for the walk. It is clear that she loves animals and is very comfortable with them and considering that MK has a masters degree she is more than a little qualified to have good judgement when she is taking care of your pet. I highly recommend her and will definitely want to book her services again in the future.
