I love dogs and can't stand being away from mine while I'm abroad! I'm one of those guys who greets a dog before it's walker, and I don't feel bad about it either. I've seriously considered service dog training recently, but I would invent a disability for myself so I wouldn't have to give it away! I've been an owner since I was born, and until last year, always had at least two in my home, but now I just have my lab Jada. As a kid, my neighbors would always tap me and my family as sitters before considering a kennel because they saw the benefit of a home atmosphere for their pets. I want to give pets and pet owners a more liberated and interactive alternative to a kennel. Under my care, your pets will have access to not only my ome and it's yard, but nearby fields and an even closer trail where we'll go for walks and play as long as they want! A typical day will start with a potty trip outside, followed by breakfast at 9. If you allow, we'll go out for a few hours of playtime and exercise starting at 11:30. When we return in the afternoon, we'll do dinner and rest. To close out the day, I'll just spend time with your buddy by brushing, petting, or just hanging out one-on-one. Dogs do love attention after all! I have two likewise dog-loving roommates who would have no problem helping out and entertaining our guests during their stay. In case there is any problem that should arise, I like to have a direct line of contact to the owner along with a secondary contact who would be able to respond to an inquiry or emergency.
