Pet care experience
I have trained and taken care of pets since I was a child. I grew up caring for cats and dogs. Since I have been an adult I have always trained and owned pets as well. In our family now I live with my two teen daughters, our 1 cat, and 2 small dogs. My eldest teen has worked for No Stray Left Behind for the last years and we have fostered various disabled dogs over that time period. I am currently fostering a BLIND 17 year-old Pomeranian, that requires special care. I would be the primary care-taker but my two dog-loving teen daughters would love to love on the dogs as well. The last dog I fostered had a crooked neck and shed a lot, the dog before that only had three legs, so I am very experienced with all sorts of needs and dogs. I also work from home, so it's easy for me to take them out.

Mitchell is a great sitter and was very accommodating to Nala, along with myself given my last-minute plans to go out of town. He also gave food prepping tips for Nala after we saw her really chowing down on the healthy meals he makes his doggos. Overall a great experience, and I’d trust him with future sitting needs!
Mictchelle is awesome! This is my second time leaving my dog with him and he constantly updates me with lots of pictures! Takes him on walks, plays with him, and makes sure that my dog feels comfortable and safe. Definitely will rebook again.
This is Nyla’s 2nd time with Mitchell and it’s awesome as always! Communication was top notch, and we received many fun videos and photos throughout the entire stay. Nyla clearly loves him and had a blast! Pick up and drop off was flexible. Thanks for everything again!
Mitchell has watched my dog for me for daycare multiple times now and Diesel is always excited to see him when I drop him off!

I do live in a 2 bedroom apt with no yard but as mentioned I have easy access to a park and work from home. There is a park literally 200 feet from across the street.

Please advise on any fears, medications, tendencies the dog has. Also, food requirements are very important, what can they eat, can't they eat etc...I want to be a great host and take great care of all dogs, so I need to ensure they eat well.
A typical day
I am very active with football, basketball, golf, volleyball, and other things as well. I could throw the ball, run with, and just overall play with high energy dogs. I live across from a park and near other parks, so taking them to parks is very easy. If permitted dog parks are fun too.

Availability
I currently work full-time from home, so short walks frequently throughout the day are easy. I am a very active person, so I am often at a park or beach or hiking. If the dog is permitted and capable I would love to take them along or even to the dog park. I also live across the street from a park.
