Hi, my name is Misty! Ever since I can remember, I have lived around pets of various kinds horses, goats, cats, snakes, but mostly dogs - they are my favorite! Growing up in the country, many of the dogs I remember from my childhood were actually strays that showed up at our house, but took them in and loved them as our own, big or small. I currently have one dog of my own that I adopted from the Fort Worth Shelter, a black mouth cur mix named Lou. Lou gets along with all dogs (she loves a good play date) and has all of her shots. I currently live in a home just 12 miles west of downtown Fort Worth, with a medium sized fenced in back yard. We also live by a park with trails for walking. If it is okay with you, I also enjoy taking dogs out hiking at local hiking trails and State Parks. I would love to take care of and spoil your best friend wether it is a short walk or a weekend getaway.
