Pet care experience
I have been and animal lover for as long as I can remember! Being an official and unofficial dog/ bunny/ snake/ bearded dragon/ fish/ Turtle and tortoise sitter since I was around 14 years old. I have had a few friends tell me about rover and how it would be a perfect fit for me. I would be honored to be a friend for your pet!

Misty saved us when we had a last minute cancellation before Christmas vacation. She was super sweet and loving with our pit bull mix dog who suffers at times from severe anxiety. We received daily messages and photos that were cute and reassuring. the house was in perfect condition when we returned. We can comfortably recommend Misty for pet sitting and/or house sitting.
Misty was great! Very trustworthy and responsible. She took great care of my two dogs over a long weekend. She provided daily updates and kept my house very clean. I would book her again for future trips.
Misty was great taking care of our dog. She sent pictures everyday and our pup seemed very happy. We were never concerned at any point during our over two week international trip and confident that Misty was taking great care of our dog. It took us a couple years, but we finally found a sitter in Austin that we are excited to book with again!
Misty was fantastic with our dog and iguana--so nice to find a pet-sitter who's comfortable with reptiles! She was super sweet, going above and beyond by accommodating us last minute and also working with a change of plans that resulted in us coming home early. She was a natural with both our pets and allowed us to leave town with the peace of mind that they were in good hands. We're very grateful and definitely recommend her. We'll be contacting her again in the future for sure!

I live in an apartment with my 3-year-old Russian Tortoise. His name is Kevin and is very friendly. He isn't much bigger than the palm of my hand. Kevin spends his days roaming around his 50-gallon enclosure, enjoys trips to the park, skateboarding and occasionally exploring around the apartment. Communication is key to ensuring all needs and expectations are met for your loved one. I look forward to connecting with both owners and pets to learn what makes each animal unique, along with how to best care for your pet inside and outside of the home environment.

I am able to give your pet oral medication if needed. I expect all house pets to be potty trained. If any damage is caused you will be held responsible.
A typical day
I’d love to have fun with your pet! We will play a bunch of games, have dance party’s, go on walks to explore near by parks or even cuddle and read a book together.

I am currently working from home part time, having an open schedule to spend A LOT of time with your pet. I am available 7 days a week for walks and drop in visits.
