I have cared for multiple dogs both when I was a child and as an adult. I have trained my dog with a professional trainer and continue to use those skills with my dog at home. I have had a friend's dog stay with me for months and her dog got along well with mine and was happy and well cared for. I kennel trained my dog, we go for long walks regularly and I live in a very dog friendly area. I can be very disciplined with a dog when necessary but otherwise spoil them with affection.
