Misti has lovingly cared for our chiweenie for over 4 years. She absolutely loves animals & it shines through in every aspect of her caregiving. I would highly recommend Misti for daily, weekly and extended caregiving.

I had a wonderful experience with Misti when she took care of our dogs so naturally, I rebooked her to care for my cat for about 2 weeks. Everything seemed fine, she offered to drop by for any packages that were being delivered for us. I was unable to come home on the day I planned so Misti dropped in for us one last time, I offered to pay her but she declined. When I got home, my cats litter box was insanely full (both urine and multiple stools), both of his water bowls were bone dry, and the toilet was bone dry (foot prints on the seat indicating he drank from it), the little trash can I left with new bags next to it was full of fecal matter (it didn’t look like a bag had been replaced at all). So I gave Misti the opportunity to explain to me what happened by telling her I was disappointed in the level of care.. her response was less than professional. Her last visit was Tuesday, I arrived home Wednesday morning. Her comment was that my cat was that messy every time she came and I had booked her every other day so what else was she supposed to do.. I have left my cat alone for 3 days and have never returned with it that unkempt. Two things could have happened differently here: 1) Misti could have told me in a calm matter that she would recommenced more frequent visits if I was unhappy and apologized. Or 2) while we were gone she could have sent an update to say he was running out of water every time and probably needed more visits where I could have declined and accepted that when I returned home. Either way, I gave her the chance to reconcile and instead she responded in a very unprofessional manner. I’m taken aback because I thought Misti would be a great Petsitter for us. Sad!
