Hey there! I was born in the Cayman Islands (near Cuba and Jamaica) and have been living in the U.S. for about 3 years now. I currently live in Maryland with my beautiful husband, Matthew, of 3 years and our 6 guinea pigs (yes, SIX!), 2 cats, and 3 hamsters. We love our fur babies! I have no experience with pet sitting other people's pets but I do have a hoard of my own lol. I own my own business hethrmade[dot]com where I sell handmade houseplant inspired gifts such as earrings, candles, and seasonal gift boxes. My current goals are to grow my business and to see my products in many different local stores and craft markets. I want us to be in a financially stable space to be able to provide for the children we home to foster/adopt when the time comes. Just let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do. I am happy to work on nights and even do overnighting depending on what works best for the both of us. I don't care for pets in my own home because I have so many houseplants and for the safety of my own animals against fleas etc. due to negligent pet owners however I am happy to pet sit in your own, take your pets for walks, or do overnights or house sits if needed.

Here's what matters most to me at the moment: - Breed and size - Any meds they need to take while with me - Do they have any triggers I should be aware of - How are they with other dogs at dog parks? - What's their general personality - Do they have any special needs? Even if it's small, e.g. they like to be pet on the head before mealtime otherwise they'll just stare at ya lol.
A typical day
That’s up to you to decide! I like to tailor this to whatever that particular pet really enjoys and thrives with. Then, I’ll keep a note of all of those things and try gauge what is best for the given moment.
