Pet care experience
While most teenagers start a baby-sitting business, I had started my own pet-sitting business by age 10! For 8 years, I took care of animals along my street in rural Vermont. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, horses, sheep, rabbits, goats, turtles, fish, rodents, and more! Now, as an adult, I own two adorable cats, volunteer to care for animals at the Humane Society every Sunday, and frequently care for my parents' and friends' dogs when I can. I am confident that I can provide the utmost quality care for your beloved animals.

In your home, I will provide the same quality of care as if your pet was my own. Routines and consistency are important for pets to feel safe and secure, so I will do my best to follow the feeding and play routines that your pet is used to.

A typical day
Dogs need ample opportunities for exercise! We'll go on long walks to explore the neighborhood, play with his or her favorite toys, and of course smell all the smells along the way! My favorite places to walk are the bike path or the parks near my house!

Availability
I am currently a full-time reading and math specialist at an elementary school, but I can fit in pet-sitting in the evenings or weekends during the academic school year. In the summer is when I have the most flexibility, and can pet-sit overnight on weekdays in addition to weekends. I am a flexible sitter and can most-likely adapt to your schedule!
