This past year, while finishing up my last year at college, my roommates and I decided to temporarily foster a greyhound since his shelter was temporarily shut down by the state. This situation became permanent as charges were leveled against the director of the shelter (look up Greyhound Friends, Hopkinton, MA if you are interested) and suddenly four full-time students with jobs also found themselves caring for a 6 year old greyhound. This experience was a learning opportunity with regards to house training, schedule coordinating, and simply learning what made our dog Cannonball click. A couple of my roommates have since officially adopted the dog and I have moved to New York. I am now looking for more opportunities to hang out with dogs! I am very flexible and roll-with-the-punches when it comes to dog care. My availability is wide open at the moment, but will become less so once I start work. I am a great communicator and will give you updates on your dog, my schedule, anything! I can't wait to meet you and your dog!
