Pet care experience
I've grown up with cats and dogs my whole life! In addition to caring for my own family pets, I have several years of experience walking, bathing, and caring for dogs around my neighborhood. When I was in middle school, my friend and I even had our own dog walking business! I have cared for cats of all ages, and recently helped train my family's new high-energy rescue puppy.

Miranda has been amazing. My dog is 65 pounds, hyper, pulls the leash.. you name it and she has had no problem with him. She was so flexible and attentive with any changes and took care of him while i was gone. He LOVES her and will miss her!!! We are super sad to be losing her. Couldn’t recommend her more.

I have a large, pet-friendly apartment with multiple parks nearby. I live with two other people who also have several years of experience caring for dogs and are happy to be an extra pair of eyes on trips to the park! I have never had any issues walking dogs, and keep the pets in my care on a leash/on sidewalks at all times while walking. There are no animals living in my current home, so you don't have to worry about your pet getting along with others :)

A typical day
I love taking dogs to the parks near my apartment! There's tons of routes for your dog to explore on our walk and some great walking paths along rock creek.

Availability
I work from home and take multiple walks each day that I'm happy to include your dog in. I have a flexible schedule, so I can be very attentive to the pets in my care. There's also a large open park next to my apartment building and a smaller, fenced dog park just down the road. I love spending time at both parks and am happy to take your dog to play at either :)
