Pet care experience
I provide dog sitting in your home, or my own that has a fenced-in backyard. I'm an animal lover & former kennel technician with over 15+ years of experience caring for, training & owning dogs. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds & ages. I'm happy to accommodate special diets (preparing & storing raw food, etc.) however, you must provide the food. I administer medications for no extra charge. I also provide light grooming (brush-outs, baths, ear cleaning, nail dremeling, etc.) upon request. I can also provide one-on-one walks, or runs, bike rides, or playtime for more energetic pups (upon request.) In my free time I enjoy hiking, canoeing & obedience/agility training with my own dog, Jolene. I own two dogs, Jolene & Zues. They were both raised in daycare & dog parks so are very socialized & non-aggressive. Your dog is welcome to hang out with them if staying at my home, or if your dog has issues with other dogs, I'm more than happy to travel to your own home for care. Message me w/ any Qs! Thanks :)

Miranda was an amazing host. She provided a ton of updates including videos and photos of Buckley enjoying her stay. The back yard was huge and perfect for the dogs to run and play. Her location is convenient to Knightdale or anyone heading east out of Raleigh. 10/10- would book again.
Miranda is terrific! She is frequent with her communications, reliable, kind, and courteous. She took care of my cats for me and they seemed very happy with her care. I would definitely recommend Miranda!
Miranda was one of the absolute best dog sitters we have ever had! My husband and I were out of town together for work, and not only did our dogs have a wonderful time, Miranda sent us lots of sweet photos (which really helped how much we were missing them!) Miranda went above and beyond making sure our dogs got exercise, and even brought her own cute pup over for play time. She was easy to reach, responsible, and our house was even cleaner than when we left it! I would strongly recommend Miranda to anyone looking for someone to watch their dogs!
We got our dog Rosie back last August, since having her we have had Miranda watch her a few times when my husband and I would go out of town. She took excellent care of Rosie and loved her as if she was her own. Rosie loves spending time with her and Jolene. I would recommend Miranda to anyone who needed a dog sitter.

I love all breeds, ages & sizes. My own dog Jolene, 2yrs old, is an Australian Cattle Dog, so I have a soft spot for herding breeds. I love their athleticism and intelligence. However, I also own a rescued Shar-Pei mix named Zues, 13 years old, so I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs as well.
A typical day
My home is located next to a Raleigh Greenway entrance, where I run every other day with my own pup, Jolene. Your dog can enjoy personal, or pack walks with my own dog, upon request on the beautiful, safe Greenway. I also have a bike that I ride when my own dog needs a faster pace, so if your dog need a little more exercise than most, I'm willing to take them on bike rides as well!
