I'm a part time online graduate student, but a full time animal lover, so I have plenty of time for your pups and kitties! Currently living in the heart of Capitol Hill, I know what it means to care for a city animal & take full advantage of local parks. I've lived with animals with many different sensitivities, from medical (gastrointestinal disorders, sinus deformities) to personality/emotional (shy, lonely/abandonment issues, food aggression), and those who are specifically Emotional Support Animals, so I know how important it is to understand where both you and your companion are coming from. I previously volunteered with the local organization PAWS, so have a working knowledge regarding animal behavior that I am always working to expand and better. I'm all about communication and planning, so I'll spend some time going over your pal's proclivities and your preferences for timing and schedules, places to go or not, reinforcement, socializing, etc. We can snuggle, play tug of war, run around in the park, go on walkies wherever looks nice, and spend lots of time on ear scritches and tummy rubs :) Please get in touch with me if you would like to chat more!
