Pet care experience
Having owned a dog growing up, I understand what it takes to provide good care. I have fostered and taken care of pets countless times over the last 8 years. I believe in a personalized approached to pet care by taking time to understand each pet’s individual needs, personality and preferences. I provide EFT, if needed. I make sure to communicate with the client accordingly by providing photo updates or other preferred formats. So please expect ample cute photos/videos. I also have ABA behavioral health therapy certification, and have worked with children who have ADHD and Autism. I genuinely enjoy helping others and providing good care.

I live in a pet friendly apartment building, with access to a 1000 ft roof deck. While I don’t have a yard, I live right next to a great trail and can easily go out for walks. In my home, I make sure your pet is comfortable and I always have water filled so it’s readily available and accessible. I am available for snuggles.

I cannot take unsocialized pets who have not been around any other dogs, people, or pets, as I do take up to 2-3 dogs at a time. Please make sure you are okay with this should you request a booking with me. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or conditions ahead of time. If there are any specific personality or temperament traits, please let me know in advance too. Thank you!
A typical day
I typically spend quiet time sitting or hanging out with my feline friends, allowing them to curl up on my lap. I offer gentle pets and enjoy the bonding experience. Cats are very different than dogs, they are much more independent. So I will always give them respect and space, while looking after them. I also often play soothing music or use calming sounds to create a relaxing environment. I am aware cats enjoy music specifically composed for feline relaxation, so I sometimes also put that on.

Availability
Currently working remote freelancing, so I have flexibility in my time and schedule. I am active and workout in the mornings, so morning walks are a given to start the day off.
