I have a 6 year old English bulldog, Callie at home. Callie is easy-going, friendly, food motivated, and loves to sleep. No other humans/kids/other pets at home so your pet has my full attention. CARING FOR YOUR PET ✅ Pets are supervised the whole day as I work from home. One on one sorry no capacity for more than 1 dog. ✅ I am an animal communicator and can understand pets who are anxious/stressed. I will do my best to give them a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ✅ Lots of Photos/videos of your pet during their stay ( I am a wannabe pet photographer) ✅ For weekend bookings, I may take your dog on a long but slow walk. I will ask you if your dog will enjoy it as my Callie doesn’t go on fitness walks at all. COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR PET I am trained to communicate telepathically with pets mostly for behavioral/eating concerns. Please message. I have made the difficult decision to stop taking puppies and to increase my rates due to the cost of cleaning required when a pup leaves (for example my sofa cleaning is $280 😢). If your pup has stayed with me before with little to no accidents, I will take him/her at the old rate. And if you have not used my service but are confident your pup will have little to no accidents, please message me too. Thank you for understanding.

Minji has been a great dog sitter for our guy in numerous occasions but this was our first overnight and it went really well. We are leaving our pup with Minji for a week over Christmas and our experience has taken a lot of the anxiety out of it. Minji’s great!

River District neighbourhood is very pet-friendly with lots of open space for running and walking. Supervised walks are only in the residential area and not in any off-leash park. The pathways I go to are cement or grassy with low traffic. COVID safety: ✅ I am fully vaccinated ✅ My pet is fully vaccinated ✅ paws are wiped clean with alcohol free baby wipes after every walk ✅ Water bowl, toys, towels are all washed after use ✅ I have a robo vaccuum that cleans the floor every day (my space is very tidy). No smoking allowed in my home. I also don’t have a lot of guests coming, I keep to myself mostly.

Open to having bigger dogs but Callie doesn’t go on long runs so shorter walks are preferred. Callie has cat friends too and is used to being around cats. I have an extra water bowl, durable chew toys (no plushies), towel and blanket at home that your pet can use. These are all washed and sanitized after use so they are clean. Please pack their food and treats only. Wipes, poop bags, toys and doggy bowl are provided. For dog boarding, they will need to be in their crate or in my extra (clean) bed in their own room. Not accepting dogs who sleep on the bed/couch because it wakes Callie. :( Please also note, if staying past 7 hrs please select Dog Boarding option. Thank you!
A typical day
I have an English bulldog at home who is a retired mom. She sleeps most of the time. Aside from playtime with a mommy dog at home, your pet will enjoy safe walks in a very pet-friendly neighborhood. There are safe pathways, grassy areas for comfy pooping and peeing, and they are wiped down with alcohol free wet ones after their walk. If needed, they are towel dried as well so they never go home dirty. After-walk treats are given (I keep beef treat or lamb liver, single ingredient treats only). A typical day will consist of 2-3x poop/pee/walks; 2x mealtime depending on your pets schedule, and playtime when they are not snoozing. We can visit the local Bosleys or grab a pupaccino at Starbucks. For larger breeds, I do a longer solo walk (30mins).

I work from home so your pets will be supervised at all times. I am very flexible with drop off and pick up time, please just message me. I will only take 1 pet at a time for quality care. Weekends and holidays are available for an additional rate.
