Pet care experience
I have taken care of cats since I was 5 and dogs since I was 8. I take my cats out on walks with me and have raise both kittens and geriatric cats. I have been dog walking and house and pet sitting for the last 10 years.

She always takes wonderful and timely care of our dog and is careful while at our house, locking it up when she leaves. In a word, she is awesome!
Mindy has looked after my Shih-tzus many times over the past years. She has always been very responsible and the dogs loved her. She made sure they were fed and watered and took them for walks. I always felt very much at ease when I was on trips knowing that my pups were being cared for by someone who was so cheerful and dependable.
Mindy has always loved animals and that shows in her loving care and treatment of her pets. She has often helped an elderly neighbor with her dogs while they were on vacation as well as daily care and walks when the neighbor was in ill health and needed an extra hand.

I take my cats out on walks and play with them quite a bit. I know how to understand if my cat needs to go to the bathroom or wants extra food. When i watch my neighbors dog i have to let them out around 11 at night to go to the bathroom and they need special food preparation and medications. A dog that I house sit for will yowl like I’m murdering her if I don’t give her enough attention and then sleeps with me at night. I took care of a 14 year old Basset Hound for 3 years who was deaf and had separation anxiety.

Availability
I work part time and am still a student taking mostly online classes. I work mainly from home so am available to take care of your pet all day for most days of the week. For work I am out of the house on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as weekdays for a few hours in the evenings. I can still take care of anything that is needed on those days I just won’t be working from home.
