From a very young age, dogs have always brought so much joy to my life and those around me. In my spare time, I love playing, walking and cuddling with dogs. I’ve also worked as a caretaker at a vet hospital for a time in addition to volunteering at my local animal shelter. I’ve always wanted an opportunity to take care of more furry friends on a regular basis while their owner is away, so this is a perfect opportunity to get to do that. I'm really passionate about dogs and love having my passion become not just a job but a fulfillment in life. I am lucky enough to have a fairly open schedule, which means that I’m a great fit for pups that need a bit more attention or company. I’m home most of the day, so your pup and I will get lots of play time in together. Whether it be tug-o-war with their favorite toy, running around my backyard or going on walks, I'll make sure they gets plenty of play time! Twice a week I do attend church and Bible study but am normally gone for only a few hours tops. I've been told that I am very in tune with people and animal's emotions and how their feeling and tend to gravitate towards showing them love and compassion by simply being present with them and doing my best to meet their needs. My is really pet friendly. I have hardwood floors so I can easily clean up any mess. I have a backyard where you dog can walk around or lay out in the sun with high brick walls so it's very secure. The neighborhood is also peaceful with very little noise. My neighborhood is called Harbor Valley. It’s a very quaint, family-friendly neighborhood that has many grassy areas that are perfect for pups. I do live with two other roommates (females), who both love dogs. I’ll be the primary caretaker, but they’re always happy to say hello and send some love their way!
