Shy, small, medium dog bestie!
Pet care experience
I've cared for pets for over 15 years but now focus on small, medium, shy, and sometimes awkward dogs (let's be honest, who's not a little awkward post pandemic?). As someone with a 5-year-old small shy pup, I have a great understanding of their unique little personalities and ways to socialize shy pups safely. I cap hosting to 3 dogs at any given point to ensure fun and safe socialization. I started specializing in small groups of shy dogs when it was a challenge to find small safe play groups for my pup. I figured that there are other doggie moms and dads out there with a similar challenge, especially post pandemic. I have a flexible WFH schedule so I am often available for boarding, dog walks, and visits. This also means that I have the time to take great care of your fur baby! I am not able to take pups with separation anxiety. I am a snuggly and compassionate doggie lover, love my time with my furry buddies, and I'm committed to all entrusted in my care.

Mimi took our Billie for a half day and socialized her with a few other shy pups she was watching at the same time. She was very accommodating when we were late picking her up due to traffic and our typically anti-social dog came home happy after making some friends. :)
Mimi is, simply, The. Best. Ever. !!!!! We love her flexibility, warmth and professionalism. So happy we found her and Tribble to be Kenji’s dog sitter.
Our 3 year old dog, Kenji stayed with Mimi and Tribble for the past 2 days. As usual, Mimi was excellent!!! She went above and beyond - helping us adjust his harness, giving us tips on slowing down Kenji’s voracious eating style to a calmer, healthier pace, and sending us multiple texts, pics and videos so we could see how lovingly he was being cared for. And… not to mention that he and Tribble are best buddies! Mimi is, in a word, awesome!
Mimi and Tribble took such good care of our boy. Gus was spoiled with play dates, pup cups, and lots of snuggles. I picked up a happy, tired boy. Gus is looking forward to more hangs with Mimi and Tribble in the near future!

I live in a house and have a fenced deck and yard so your fur baby can come romp around outside safely while under watch. Plus there's my gentle fur baby to keep your dog company. We also live in a super safe neighborhood and walks are fun breaks in my day. I do ask that any guest pups have flea and tick protection. Unfortunately, we can not take pups without it. We will also ask for a meet and greet to ensure compatibility. For the safety and fun of all pups, I only host compatible pups and cap attendance at 2 dogs + mine.

I am a big believer of positive reinforcements through verbal affirmation and chicken-free treats. Please be honest about your pups quirks. I love learning about them, can provide socialization to balance them if needed. It will help ensure a more fruitful stay.

Availability
I work from home and have an enclosed yard so pups get potty breaks every 2 hours and can sunbathe during the day. Reliable pet care is integrated into my daily life. Doggies get tons of love, scritches, and socialization alongside my small pup. Earliest drop offs are at 730am, latest pickup at 9pm. This is to preserve peace with my neighbors.
