I really appreciate the idea of Rover, specifically from being a witness of pet resorts from having worked there in the past.Dogs do not really receive the attention they deserve while staying there. I’ve seen dogs stop eating while staying in the fenced in “kennel” type area, areas that they would call home until you would get back - They get depressed ,they do - when they realize their friend-(you), quite possibly will never return - You are doing a great thing by allowing someone to baby sit for you while your gone - giving them one on one attention - and gradually integrating them into a new friendship - with someone who will talk to them - like they aren’t abandoned- consoling them as a human with feelings would have . Assuring them that their dad or mom is coming back to get them for certain. That’s sort of what I do - with the friends you send my way - it’s like “baby” sitting or really ,friend sitting to be honest - a slumber party of sort - all the dogs that I have watched basically fit that regime- usually, they are already trained as play pals. Thats how I really love to keep it - My name is Milton, I am an artist/ writer creative type. I've been looking to make extra income- and I love animals- dogs especially. I have a good back ground in the help and supervision of dogs with professional care- Im not a trainer though but I assume your pal is already trained at this point - in all the curtsies that are expected of them in regards to common communion with human beings - I’ll just assume your dog will be. When at the dog park (if permitted). I feel I really understand how dogs socialize and I can predict and catch behavior issues as far a social activity before "Fighting" accrues. I just, enjoy seeing a happy dog play and play fetch with them- etc. I enjoy spending time with them and talking to them- as I accompany them and supervise their safety and healthy needs . They're buddies - you know? - And cherished emotional friends- who are always there when you would need them. I care about dogs - and they are a vital important part of peoples emotional life and life styles-I Am a person that you can trust while you are away with your friend, for sure. I’m looking forward to adding a friend to my life style also for sure A “Win win”-Thanks Your trusted sitter- Milton. **If you like to choose me to sit with your pal - washing them the night before would be much appreciated - old dander can cause allergy infections and ruse a smell - it also lets me know you also care about my house and my family - before they arrive. **I usually don’t take pals at the last minute or In a days notice- unless I’m assured that your pal has great doggie behavior- with that, I always pride myself in that exception to my rule - cause I will never be disappointed in that respects. (if you know your dog needs training or has "major behavioral issues"- consider a kennel- be realistic with me please- "my services are not a means to and end"- I'm just baby sitting your pal while your away with the utmost care .) Usually when people drop their pal off to have fun for three days to a week or so - they pick up at the same time As they dropped off. I mean ?- seriusly - though, I enjoy watching your buddy - my time is valuable - I assume you read my profile ,if you drop off at 8:am, and pick up at 8:pm the next day, do expect a gratuitous add on price to componsate for my lost and valuable time that is assumably being taken for granted.- I will not make house delivery’s so don’t ask me - I have been asked to slip them under the fence- that’s disgraceful for sure. And last but not least, though your regiment in raising your dog is important to you- know.I also know from experience that dogs can and do, change their behaviors at times from certain factors- dogs do sometimes change their behaviors in different aspects to their life situations or emotional complexities sometimes, - so know ,that when dropping your dog off with me, I will stay true to keeping them in the regament that you practice -but I certanly hold the right to change them , if needed or if I feel that its unnecessary for my health and for the dogs health. My home is not leased out to your dog- your paying me for the service of care while you are away- I hold the right to call he shots when you drive away. With that Stated and seeing that you asked me for a booking - I assume you read the fine print. I will be more then happy- in taking care of your buddy "and mine" with the utmost concern while your gone.
