I am a 33-year-old animal lover. I've had pets my entire life from dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters, etc., and enjoy them all. We recently got a mini golden-doodle pup. She loves other dogs and plays wonderfully. I have also worked with children and was a pre-school teacher for over 10 years. I now have a 7-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. They have been around many different breeds and ages of dogs. We love and are comfortable with all breeds and sizes. I am responsible and a trustworthy candidate for the job. I follow your preferences and try to keep routines the same for your dog as they are in your home. I ask that you keep in mind I have two young, gentle children who love animals when considering your pet as a good fit for us and us for you. With no exceptions, your dog MUST be FULLY potty trained.

I have a fully fenced yard ( about an acre) with one side of the fence lower and wired while the other side is a traditional wooden, high fence. If your dog is an escape artist or jumper, free-roaming in the yard may not be the best option. My backyard is on a little less than an acre of land, perfect for running and exploring around.

I NEED to know any quirks or specific behaviors your dog has, even the not so pleasant ones so that I am able to prepare myself and adjust to his/her needs. I.e. , getting into trash, chewing, climbing, marking, incessant barking, etc. as this may not be a good fit for our home.

Typically because of the amount of yard space I have, staying home will be the primary place of care unless other preferences are brought up.

I am currently home the majority of my days and will be here physically with your pet. This is convenient for dogs who prefer a human in the home. I homeschool and work as a full-time student from home so it works for all involved.
