I’ve had pets of all kinds since I was 9 years old, ducks, cats, fish, bunnies, dogs… you name it! At home I have two kiddos; an Aussie mix (Bizbee), and Queensland (Tillie). Now that I have moved out and go to school here in SLO I rescued a doggo of my own, a one eared little Tri Color Aussie named Pismo. I go to Cal Poly studying Animal Science on the Pre-Vet tract, interned and work at an exotic rescue zoo in Paso Robles, and have worked at the Animal Hospital of SLO as a Veterinary Assistant for 3 years now.

Miley was kind and good with our cats and took care with the sub-q fluids and other medicines our sick kitty required. She was responsive and regularly sent pictures and updates ❤️

It was so easy to work with Miley. I was in need of some doggy daycare while we were traveling. She even offered to pick up our pup and then arranged to meet us when our event was finished. Our pup was happy, tired, and well loved-upon when we picked her up. Will definitely book her again if we’re visiting!

I have a fenced in yard and goofy little 3 year old fluff to keep your dog company, I can crate your dog and or have a designated dog area that’s fenced in the house if necessary. Overall I love to spend time and play outside with my doggo!

I have no preference of breed and have experience with all age and size of dog/ cat! I can accommodate those with higher energy or the older/ mellower ones as well. I am also proficient in administering any kind of medication (injectable or oral) and can prepare any special diets needed.
A typical day
I now live in Avila Beach so there is loads of fun places to go walk (Bob Jones trail, main Avila Beach, the neighborhood, ect)!! I love to go to the dog beach and on jogs down to the pier from my house with my doggo. We also love to play inside doing food puzzles and fetch, or cuddle up and watch a movie.

Availability
I’m currently working part time and taking a class at Cal Poly SLO so I have weekends and lots of random times throughout the day to walk, play with, and take care of your pet. My schedule may vary monthly, but overall I am very flexible and eager to help out with your pets<3
