I have a Master of Training in Obedience and Behavior Modification. I have years of experience working with dogs of all ages and many different breeds. I also am currently completing a veterinary technician degree and have worked in veterinary labs with canines with special needs: structured walks, medications, and dietary restrictions. I am comfortable with small and very large breeds and know how to crate train and house train puppies.

As a first-time dog mom, I was stressed about where to board Luna for months! After considering different options, I found Miley through Rover and felt comfortable meeting her based on her past clients' reviews. Miley was both welcoming and reliable throughout the process. She met with me and Luna before I booked with her so we could see if we were a good fit. She asked many questions about Luna, so that I felt confident leaving Luna in her care. While I was out of state, she sent many updates through photos and checked in periodically to see if I needed anything. All in all, I appreciated how knowledgeable she was and hope to work with her again in the future. Thanks Miley!

I have two friendly dogs who love to play if you wish your fur-baby to have company, if not, then I have a structured schedule of crated time during the day where I rotate all the dogs so they all have equal time with me and being outside. When a dog is staying with me it becomes part of my family, if only for a little while. If your dog has any special quirks (doesn't like other dogs, is scared of lightning, etc) let me know and I will do everything I can do to accommodate it, make them feel safe, and avoid anything that might stress them while they are away from home. If wanted by the owner I also will send daily pictures of your dog so that you can know they are safe.

I would love to know if they are reactive or afraid of anything so I can do my best to avoid that so we can all have a great time!
A typical day
I love to let the dogs out to socialize ( if granted permission by the owner) and I also like to play games with them one by one. I do group walks and solo walks if needed at intervals during the day. I like to go to local parks with walking paths where they can smell all they want.

Availability
I am a part-time student online and am also currently taking on limited dogs for board-and-trains in my house for obedience or behavior modification. I am available for boarding dogs for any length of time, any day of the week. I do structured walks outside and take a trip daily out to a park/trail/field in the area to play with dogs one on one and make they get enough playtime.
