I knew I had to have a reliable and disciplined dog walker for my 2-yr old terrier mix who came from a dark place in Oklahoma... after all living in the city of Chicago and encountering many leashed dogs could have my dog on edge. By the time of Thanksgiving 2013, Milena became my dog walker and the most trusted dog companion. She continued with us until early 2017 when she moved away to another city. She was an excellent "dog person"- I happened to observe one day how my Lou was overjoyed to see her, tail wagging , jumping "through" the door when she heard her steps on the stairs.... I could always count on Milena during holidays and many weekends when I had to be out of town. Even when I got stuck at work after hours, she was flexible enough to come and take the dog out in the evening. She was a good communicator , via email messages or notes letting me know how the walk went , #1 and #2 doggy potty, how many squirrels put my pup in a hypnotic ZEN trance, and so on. She sent pictures and updates when on longer outings. That was highly helpful and comforting when I was gone from home all weekend or so. My high praises go to Milena for getting my hyperactive pup through the hottest "dog days" of past summers in Chicago since my preference were long walks and local parks (no dog beaches!). I could also see after their returns my dog's temperament on-and-off leash improved each time . So of course, she had that gift with dog training , too. She came, she delivered, she won our hearts. Every single time. I would highly recommend Milena for a dog walker/sitter position within your organization. Maggie Szostek
