Milan's quiet, calm demeanor was a perfecct match for our skittish German Shepherd. Kai has difficulty meeting new people and adjusting to new situations. He is a shelter rescue who is very fearful of others. Milan was very patient and gentle with him and she slowly gained his trust. I will reach out to Milan again. I appreciated her understanding of Kai's needs.

My dog was immediately at ease with Milan and let her pet him when we did a meet and greet. Milan is super sweet and her calm nature helped with me leaving Houdini behind in her care. She sent pictures and updates throughout the week and said he was doing great with another dog she was boarding. Even though he was excited when I went to pick him up, he was was still at ease to go back in Milans home while we were collecting his stuff and playing with the other dog which is a good sign as he hasn't had the same reaction at other boarding places. He enjoyed the belly rubs and attention Milan gave him (proof in pictures!). While he's happy to be back, now I think he's bored without his play buddy Harry! I would definitely book Milan again!
