Pet care experience
My headline was originally a mediocre attempt at wordplay involving my name and Cesar Millan, but I decided against it. I have around 7 years of experience primarily caring for dogs, (and have been a dog owner/person for all of my life.) While I have had large dogs (i.e. a chocolate lab named Misty,) we currently have a mini husky (Caleb) and chihuahua (Nicki) at my family home in California. I'm currently a senior at Northwestern and will be spending the summer in Evanston working remotely so I have a fairly flexible schedule. In Evanston, I live in a house with a large fenced yard along with 5 other dog-friendly roommates. Additionally, I will be able to take your dogs on walks to the Northwestern lake fill or nearby dog parks to keep them as active as needed.

Milan was very responsive to my initial inquiry. She accepted my dog in spite of the short notice. Milan took good care of Chispa and she sent me updates. She even allowed Chispa to sleep in her bed!! Thanks for your help with our little sparky! We hope to be able to book with you again.
Milan is responsible, kind, and energetic. She has two dogs of her own in California, where her family lives, and talks about them nonstop. She is an ideal candidate for rover. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

I would love to know what types of games/activities the dog enjoys and what their favorite treats are. I'd also like to know how well they get along with other dogs--specifically breeds and even gender.
A typical day
We can go on walks throughout Evanston or even to Skokie. There are a ton of parks (including dog parks) around Evanston and Northwestern's campus has a beautiful dog-friendly lake fill area. If your dog isn't much of a walker, I'm also a pretty good cuddler.
