Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of different sizes and breeds of cats, dogs, and the occasional exotic pet. I have watched my sister’s four shih tzus, two cats, and pitbull all at once so I can definitely handle meeting the needs of several pets in one household. I’ve had family pets such as a Schnauzer, Labrador, and tabby cat (who also had kittens which I’ve taken care of as well). I have experience with giving senior dogs medicine orally but if your pets have other needs that are new to me, I’m a quick learner and can handle new info with ease. I love giving animals the care and attention they need and deserve I guarantee your pets will be in good hands.

I observe every space and familiarize myself with clients homes when house sitting to make sure pets are safe and I know where all supplies are kept for feeding and cleaning. I have my own tabby cat who can keep your pets company if wanted. I monitor interactions with mine and others clients pets to ensure everyone’s safe and happy. At this time I don’t offer boarding or doggy day care in my home.

A typical day
I’ll make sure your animals get a good amount of exercise everyday whether it’s by walking, playing tug o war, or strolling down 2nd street in McAllen they’ll be able to stretch and be active when I’m taking care of them. On hot days I make sure dogs are either kept on grass with frequent water breaks or inside with lots of toys.

Availability
I have a cat of my own so I understand routines are important for both pet and owner. I make sure to meet all pets needs with consistent feeding and playtimes including grooming if necessary. I also currently have a job outside of Rover but I schedule carefully so when you book with me you and your pets have my full attention.
