Pet care experience
Ive been around and owned cats since birth. Ive owned a wide variety of dogs (starting at about 4 years old), including; a Queensland, Chow/Rottweiler mix, Cocker Spaniel, two Pitbull/German Shepard mixes, Chihuahua, and two Wolf hybrids. Ive also owned a Cockatiel, a rabbit and even a ferret. And i have loved every minute of it(well okay, not exactly EVERY minute;) haha)! Animals of any type are extraordinary to interact with because you get to see their unique personalities and little quirks that make them them. Anytime i am taken to a new house and introduced to someone new, if they have an animal, thats where youll find me at first. Animals comfort me in any new setting; whether it be cats, dogs, horses, bunnies, or even occasionally birds; it doesnt really matter what it is. I love any animals.

I care for my clients' fur babies however they need me to. I prefer to have a day before the job starts to get to know the owners and the pets, this gives us time to thoroughly go over how they want my care including: schedule they want followed, certain commands or words they use, favorite toy; things to ensure their pet has a smooth transition into me being there.

Any medical information If theres anything that I need to be aware of (do they flip out around someone in uniform, are they aggressive toward certain animals, do they not like kids, etc) Any quirks ( do they only eat out of a certain bowl, will they refuse to go to bed if a specific toy isn't in it, etc)
A typical day
Each home is different, so it always varies depending on both the owners preference as well as their pets likes and dislikes. I always ask if there is a special route they typically walk, or place their dog is used to going. If I see a place I think they will enjoy, I wait to have the ok before I go.

I am in between jobs right now so this is going to be my only commitment. I have always loved animals and if I can pay the bills doing a job I love, I will continue as long as I can.
