My little Maltese loved staying with Mikenna. She even got a chance to make friends with Mikenna’s Maltese. With a nice back yard, a doggy door and a lovely park right across the street, Mikenna has an ideal home for providing a home away from home for your dog. I highly recommend Mikenna!

Deserves 1 star for keeping my animals alive I guess. She is professionally immature, terrible at communication, didn’t tell me my dogs weren’t eating, didn’t adhere to the instruction on how to get them to eat when I told her they were going to be difficult to feed cause of separation anxiety. Initially I thought she was great and she painted a picture of being all about the animals and she would be so helpful but all of it was just to get booked. If I wasn’t leaving out of the country I would’ve picked them up after a day. If you only need 1 overnight then she’s probably fine. But don’t be surprised if your later told to coordinate with her mom on everything. It’s really her mom that does the work. Mikenna might walk them but that’s after she hangs with her friends and goes out of town leaving your animal with someone you haven’t met. I will never ever use this child again. I thought I was being generous by entrusting my money and my pets with a younger person trying to make a dime to prepare for adulthood. I mean, it’s not that hard to hang out with some pups. Nope. It was like leaving a 12 year old with a license to drive in charge. I 100% do not recommend.
