I only use positive reenforcement techniques when working with dogs under my care. I have been a home to several foster dogs that have been successfully placed with loving homes. The two dogs I have at home are both friendly and fairly high energy. Both are spayed/neutered and up to date on routine vaccinations and deworming. For boarding I have ample space to keep your dog separate from my other dogs if you wish. They could also be allowed to interact with my two friendly high energy dogs. I would treat your dog as part of the family and am happy to handle any special food/medication requests. For daycare and boarding I have a fairly large yard with tons of balls, toys, etc to play with. I am also happy to take your dog to a dog park to be able to play with other dogs (must demonstrate excellent recall before hand). For dog walks, daycare, and boarding I could also take your dog on up to a 16 kilometer run if they are so inclined. However if they are less physically active a couple of walks around the neighbourhood would definitely be on the agenda for the day. In case of an emergency with your dog I live 4km (a 10 minute drive) to the University of Saskatchewan Veterinary College.
