Pet care experience
My wife and I have had westie dogs since 2003. Before that I would pet sit my neighbours cats. We have two westies (aged 3). We live close to a park and I know a lot of the dogs and owners there - the dogs seem to always come to me for scruffles. We would be very happy to look after and train puppies and are used to looking after senior dogs. I work from home (and my wife works from home part time) so am able to look after any puppy or dog and take them to the local park for walks. Our Westie pups would love another playmate! We have an enclosed garden and Cedars Park is a short distance away. We have a crate if required. Our pups are allowed on the sofa and on the bed! We usually go for a long walk daily but am happy to adjust walking times according to your dog or puppy. We have two Westies, now aged 4, so looking after them is just part of our daily life. I work from home so will have the time and patience to look after your special one. We have an enclosed front and back garden with space for your pup to run around. Inside the home we have space for beds, or crates if required.

Murphy stayed with Mike & Angela on consecutive days while I had work done at home and it was unsafe for him to be there. It was his first time staying with someone that wasn't a friend/family member and his first time (since being picked from the litter) spending extended time with other dogs. Throughout both days, Mike put me at ease by sending photos of Murphy to show he was comfortable and doing fine. Kira and Logan were also beyond gentle and patient with Murphy, despite his exuberant puppy energy. Overall, Murphy had a great time and really loved spending time with Mike and Angela. I will be sure to use their services again when needed. Thank you Mike and Angela for taking such great care of my Murphy 😊
Tyson, our boxer, had an amazing time with Mike and his wife. Mike is very professional, asked all the right questions, and immediately put myself and Tyson at ease. It really was a home from home for Tyson whilst we were away. We were sent regular photos and updates, and you could tell that Tyson really enjoyed his stay. Mike will be our first choice next time we go away, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. A truly lovely guy!
Binsey had a lovely stay with Mike and his wife. She was very happy and content I felt at ease leaving her with them. Mike was very thorough in his questions beforehand and he gave me regular photos and updates. His two dogs are gorgeous too, very well trained, friendly and so well looked after. They all got on very well together. I would not hesitate to use Mike again for any upcoming pet sits.
