Happy pets, happy home, happy life.

Pet care experience

Growing up in Ecuador, I have always been around many animals, especially dogs both in the street and at homes. I have always found animals an important part of my life so I always tried to play my part in making sure street dogs both here and in Ecuador are fed and taken care of. I Have over 15 years of experience walking, grooming, and caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. From Pomeranians to an English Mastiff, I have learned how to properly approach and care for any breed of dog. I have had 5 dogs in my life, three were Huskies, one was a Cockapoo, and my current dog is a Shitzhu Maltese. Most of them were rescued from shelters or pounds. I will be sure to care for your dog as if it was my own and show them as much affection and attention as they need.

Information Mike M. would like to know about your pet

I would appreciate to know first and foremost about any allergies a dog has. It is also good to know their temperament, if they do well with other dogs or children, specific times of feeding, and if dog parks are ok or not.

A typical day

When I am caring for a dog, I mostly always try to take them to dog parks, if that's fine with the owner, for about 2 hours. I then will always play catch or keep away with a ball in order for them to get their daily exercise. For walks, I enjoy taking the dogs through the Bellrose Fire department because that street tends to always be distraction free for a dog. This way I make sure the dog will be calm and that the walk is hassle-free.

I am currently attending a masters program at Brooklyn College twice a week in the evenings and have a part time early morning job three days a week. I will have more than enough time to care for pets 7 days a week morning, afternoons, and nights without an issue of it interfering with school or my part time job.
