Pet care experience
I love dogs and have been taking care of them and training them pretty much my entire life. I have experience taking care of dogs and watching homes for families in Coronado, various breeds ranging from dachshunds, labs, jack russels, pits, and other big breeds as well. I'm dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, and am happy to provide additional references if you would like. I live only half a block from the beach in Pacific Beach and would love to walk your dog along the beach or the bay, or play fetch at a dog park. I currently work part time, and my schedule is open and flexible. I'd like to stay close to home for dog walking, so ideally PB, La Jolla, Mission Beach and Ocean Beach, but open to requests. Mike was very communicative and responsive both before and during the stay. I have 2 senior dogs, one with special needs, and Mike followed the instructions very well. I appreciated the pictures and videos to let me know all was going well. Mike was a respectful guest in my home leaving it clean and tidy. Overall it was a great experience.
Mike was awesome! Tons of play, exercise. Lola was happy and healthy at the end and the house looks better than we left it!
Our little chihuahua Ethel stayed with Mike for three weeks, and of course I couldn't help worrying about her health, because she is elderly, has several health problems, and needs medications twice a day. Mike was just wonderful -- he took very good care of her. He sent us videos and photos, to make sure we could see how well Ethel was doing. You can tell that he really loves dogs and is willing to do what it takes to care for them. I'm so glad Mike was available for Ethel, and we would definitely ask him again!
