Pet care experience
I love to care for pets of all shapes & sizes! I love taking younger, more energetic dogs for long walks or hikes to help get their energy out. But I also love older dogs and I’m happy to take them for little walks and spend good quality time with them while you’re gone. Having had & cared for dogs & cats my whole life, I understand that all animals have specific needs and personalities. I pay very special attention to any health needs, medications, or other details concerning your pets. I try to listen to them and make them feel as comfortable as possible while their people are gone.

Mike was absolutely amazing! We left our pets in his care for over two weeks. I was very apprehensive about leaving them, but he made sure they felt loved while we were away. He sent so many pictures and videos. He was constantly keeping us updated. It was also our dog’s birthday so he sent a video of himself singing Happy Birthday to her, and it was honestly the best thing ever. We can’t thank him enough for coming into our home and treating our pets like his own. We know they can’t wait for him to visit again. We would 100% recommend Mike to anyone who needs a pet sitter!
Great with updates and communication! He did awesome with adjusting to my pets individual needs and sent lots of pictures during my time away. Overall he did an excellent job!
Mike is passionate about many things, but especially dogs. With him taking care of my dog-child, I have never worried about a thing as he has tremendous love and compassion towards animals, and seems to understand their needs. He is also mature and dependable and a good communicator. If I were a dog, I'd definitely want Mike to be caring for me!

I’m very communicative and will send my clients lots of pictures of their pet having fun and enjoying their stay with me. I have a fenced in backyard to go potty and live right by multiple parks and can take your dog on as many walks as they need to get tired. I have lots of shaded areas near my home to help with cooler walks during the summer. I pay very special attention to detail when it comes to any pet and the pet’s specific needs. Whether it’s medicine or other health needs, I’m always going to be completely in sync with what the owner is telling me. When I’m caring for a dog in my client’s home, I’m also very communicative and will pay special attention to the directions they give me as it relates to both their pet and their home. I will ensure that everything is cleaner than when I arrived and that your pet is incredibly well cared for.

A typical day
I love taking dogs with more energy for walks & hikes to nearby parks. I’m an avid runner and can handle the most energetic of pups! Once we’re tired out, I love to relax and spend quality time with them. For older dogs or dogs with less energy, we’ll do some shorter walks and put some more emphasis and relaxing and making them feel comfortable & happy :)

I work from home on my own schedule so I’m very flexible to help with other people’s pets. It’s something that I love doing and would like to be able to visit and care for as many pets as possible every day and week!
