Welcome!! My name is Mikayla, and my full time job is a community health worker Monday-Thursday. That means my availability is limited to the weekends Fri-Sunday. Perfect time to schedule a walk or drop in visit though so you can enjoy your weekend plans instead of worrying about your pet! My services include dog walks and drop in visits! If you’re interested in me practicing loose leash walking with your pup let me know I’d be happy to help! Currently I have 2 rescue dogs and it’s all thanks to them (mostly Leia aka my reactive lab mix 😉) for getting me back to my passion which is dog training! Thanks to her, I have experience working with dogs who are reactive! So if your dog struggles with this, not to worry because I know how handle it💗 I’ve practiced and learned from trainers I respect in person & through their online membership pages. I will continue to pour my time, energy, and money into dog training through workshops etc to learn more about dog behavior and psychology so that I can become the best walker & trainer for your canine. Size also doesn’t bother me. No pup is too big or too small for me to handle! I can’t remember a time in my life where I didn’t have an animal by my side to love and care for. I’ve always been obsessed with animals specifically dogs & horses. (Not much horse experience sadly, never got to have one of those) I do have experience with cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish though! I am brand new to Rover and I am eager to get to know you and your fur babies!! If you have any questions please let me know!
