Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs in my home my whole life and am very loving to all pets I meet and treat them as if they were my own. I also grew up watching family members dogs for them while they were out of town. I currently have two fur babies of my own (both french bulldogs) who would love to help me keep your pup company 🥰. I have experience of taking care of up to five dogs at a time, including high maintenance dogs, so I will have no issues taking care of any and all of your pups needs. I am willing to work with almost any difficulties or issues that your pet may have so please be transparent about any and all issues that may arise while your pet is in my care for the safety of your pet and mine! Communication is key!

It was my first time ever leaving my dog with someone for about 6 days . I’m so glad I chose Makayla to watch my 9 month old Australian Shepherd . She kept me updated with lots of pictures, videos, and really gave her the attention she needed. I will definitely be using her for future references!
She did an amazing job keeping me updated and my Dobby was happy and super tired at the end of the day I would definitely book her again Thank you Mikayla
She did an amazing job with my deaf puppy. She is in heaven with 2 other dogs along. Now I am not worried or anxious when I have my sweet deaf girl have a good time. while I was out of town. It is so amazing.

A typical day
I have a fenced backyard so I can let your babies out to use the restroom or play as often as needed/wanted. Since I have two dogs of my own I also have plenty of toys to help keep your pup entertained! I also enjoy doing enrichment activities with the pups to keep them happy and having fun! I will discuss any enrichment activities I have in mind prior to doing them with your pup to verify you are comfortable with it! We can also go on walks if you’d like!

Availability
I am currently doing Rover full time so I will have more than enough time to play with and tend to your pup. I am available for boarding and doggy day care all days of the week. I only host one family’s pet(s) at a time unless previously discussed and okayed with both clients. I consider hosting more than one clients pets at a time on a case by case basis to ensure safety of all pets. 😊
