Pet care experience
I have had animals in my house my whole life, and have always been relied on for pet sitting(all types of pets) since I was 11. My family has always called me an animal whisperer since I was tiny. We had all types of animals including dogs, cats, chickens, birds, hampsters, reptiles, even fish, and I have always been the one to take care of them all.

Mikayla has watched our dog for us multiple times over the past year. We have an older dog with some medical issues and Mikayla has been fantastic all around. She takes the dog for walks, keeps the house clean, and most importantly keeps our dog on it’s regiment of medications for it’s health. I highly recommend Mikayla to anyone looking for a loving dog caregiver.
Mikayla has cared for and dog sat my dog Shasta many times now! She is very trustworthy and so good with animals! She is my first choice when it comes to finding care for Shasta when we go out of town or need a helping hand with her. Shasta loves her too and jumps up with excitement when mikayla comes around! She is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her!

We have a fenced yard. We have Maggie(a very sweet female Golden Retriever who is about a 1.5 years old), and Kiwi(a 13 year old inside/outside cat) who spends most of her time sleeping in my parents room or on the porch. Her food is kept in a high location away from where Maggie can reach, and Maggie sleeps on my bed at night.

It is good to know if your dog is comfortable around other dogs or if there is a certain behavior that I should know about. It is also good to know if your dog does not like car rides or maybe is just not comfortable being in the car.
A typical day
I love to walk dogs at different parks, sometimes I take them to upper park as well. Depending on what you are comfortable with I can take them to a small creek or 1 mile to let them swim. I am good with high energy dogs and if they get along with my 1.5 year old, then they can play as well(of course depending on what you are comfortable with).

Availability
I am currently a senior in high school, graduating at the end of May. I go to a charter school and only have classes Tuesday-Thursday, as well as Butte College basketball practice on these days. I have nothing going on Friday-Monday other than Church on Sunday mornings!
