Hi! My name is Mikayla and I am a lifetime pet owner! I have had two dogs of my own, Gizmo, a Chihuahua-Shitzu, recently passed at home at 15 years old, and Turbo, a 7 year old Basset Hound that I grew up with who lives with my mom. I have experience walking dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperament. I also have experience pet sitting many different types of animals and boarding/sitting for friends and family. I even trained my own dogs and helped friends and family with training and supplies ideas! I’m ready to help you get your fur baby the exercise they need!

Mikayla is ALWAYS the best!! She is such a caring sitter during the week for our little guy and this weekend she, happily, took in our other pup overnight and I know they both had an Amazing time and were so very loved and cared for 🐶🥰🐾
Mikayla was awesome! She did a great job sitting our golden-doodle today. She was very friendly and sent photos during his stay. We will definitely request her service again!

We can take walks around the block and area. There is a dog park close by or we could get a SniffSpot. My house is pet safe, clean, and organized so your fur baby is safe with me. I will have all cat toys picked up in order to keep choking hazards away from your pup.

I want to know everything about your fur baby so we can have a great time together! Please let me know if your pet has any medicine, vitamins, flea and tick treatments, heart worm medicines, etc. needed during their stay. Please bring an item that will smell like you to keep your pet comfortable and their favorite toy/blanket etc. This will help your pet settle in and they’ll know you’re coming back. Please be aware that I have two friendly cats that live with me (Crumpet and Dumpling). Please also let me know of any special behaviors, training, triggers, and routine.
A typical day
We will go on walks and potty breaks around the block and area. I pay attention to what your dog is telling me—if they want to walk more or if they are done and ready to play or nap. I will always check that the ground isn’t too hot (too hot for my bare feet/palm=too hot for their pads).

I work from home. I workout from home while I save up for a vehicle. I am home or somewhere I can bring a dog most of the time.
