Words cannot fully capture the awesomeness of Mikayla and Reece and their pup Delta. I contacted Mikayla for a last minute boarding request this weekend after having an amazingly positive interaction with her on a previous request. With my previous request some months back, she wasn't available but was super kind and thoughtful in her responses. Luckily for us, Mikayla & Reece were able to watch our pup Ozzy this time around and it was such a fabulous experience. Our puppy is very timid and we were so hopeful that spending time with the right dog could bring him out of his shell and let him enjoy all that can come from socializing with other cool dogs. Delta is THAT right dog and Mikayla and Reece are the exact people we needed. Mikayla and Reece take such care in their approach with animals that I any anxiety I had about Ozzy being in a new environment was gone when I met them. Mikayla kept me updated throughout Ozzy's visit and eased all my worries. They (Delta included) were patient and supportive, giving Ozzy the exposure and time he needed to adjust and relax. Delta has the joyful energy you'd expect for his young age and he also has a welcoming vibe that is irresistible - it took Ozzy a little time to get over himself but he was safe and cared for while adjusting AND was romping around with Delta in less than 24 hours. Ozzy came home happy and exhausted and we are over-the-moon thrilled with the entire experience. I am so grateful to Mikayla & Reece & Delta (and Chip :)) and excited to have finally found a regular sitter where our pup is not only well cared for but gets the huge bonus of playful socialization in a safe space.
