Pet care experience
I have been an animal person since before I can remember. I have had at least one dog since I was born and at one point my family had 5 dogs and 4 cats at one time. Unfortunately, my living space no longer allows for animals so I look to get my animal fix in from taking care of other peoples pets. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, tortoises, chickens, goats, frogs, fish, bearded dragons, and snakes. In the past I have cared for animals that have required daily medications, had seizure disorders, were quadriplegic and needed to be held to go to the bathroom, service animals in training and/or required daily physical activity. Before starting a visit, I prefer to meet you and your animals and go over your expectations and any questions you may have. I promise to always treat your pets as if they were my own and give them all the love that every good boy (or girl) deserves!

Mikayla was a fantastic dog/house sitter! My dog was very well taken care of and my house was just as I left it. She sent me updates throughout the weekend which gave me peace of mind. Will definitely book Mikayla again in the future!
This was our first time using Rover. We were very happy with Mikayla. She did everything we asked and she kept us posted every day.
Coming home to happy dogs after 5 days is wonderful! Mikayla did a great job dog and house sitting. Two other things stand out: 1) Our lab Fig had a bit of tummy trouble, and Mikayla let me know right away so we could work out help. 2) While it was just optional, Mikayla played with my dogs in our front, un-fenced yard, and off lead as I'd told her I often did, but did not expect her to do so if she wasn't comfortable with it. I know that will have especially made my dog Lily happy. I'll definitely ask for Mikayla's help again!
Mikayla did a good job caring for Rusty while I was out of town. She was quick to respond and sent me a couple pics as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her to pet-sit in the future and would recommend her for your pet-sitting needs.

I do have a full time job but I create my own hours and can be pretty flexible as long as I know expectations ahead of time. I am willing to work with you to make my schedule fit what you need it to be.
