Pet care experience
Hi! We are a family of five which includes our 4 year old mix breed Bella. We have two children who are 9 & 11 and both love dogs. Ross and I had dogs as children and as a family, we have fostered a variety of dogs over the years and have experience with many breeds. Our home is set up for dogs . Mikaela works from home and Ross is home every other 3 days, so someone will always be home to take care of the dogs. = ) We have a large fenced yard with astro turf to run around on. Bella, our dog is well mannered mixed breed large dog who is very social and comfortable hosting other furry friends . We are able to crate your dog if requested.

Nala had a great time again with Mikaela and Ross. She came home tired and happy. They always give her plenty of love and exercise :)
Nala had a great Halloween weekend at Mikaela and Ross’ place. They took her on walks and she had a great time playing with their dog. They gave plenty of updates throughout the weekend :)
Our Australian Shepherd, Ridge, had a wonderful stay with Mikaela and Ross and their sweet family. He was treated like one of the pack…he went on a hike, romped through the spacious backyard with his new buddy Bella, and came home tired and happy! We look forward to his next stay (and we are sure he does too). Thank you so much for the updates and for treating Ridge like one of your own!

A typical day
We live in a beautiful neighborhood near parks and hills with lots of trails. We have at least two walks a day - a morning walk and late afternoon/ early evening. Most walks are at least one hour - 1.5. We also go to the beach and nature walks throughout the Bay Area.
