I am a stay-home mom of 9yr old town daughter and 4yr female old German Shepard pup so I am fully prepared to take care of your furry baby too! My home is located within 5 minute walking distance from Redondo Beach Dog Park. I luckily live at an ideal location for dogs. I am in a process to install an artificial turf in my backyard. Once installed, my yard will be less dusty, and much safer for dogs who try to eat grass. I lost my 12 yr old dog back in 2019 because of a massive brain tumor. She was not able to walk much for her last one month, so I understand what you are going through if you have a senior or a sick pup. They need a lots of care and LOVE!! ATTENTION: My day care service rates are for up-to 9 hours. When exceeding 9 hours, I would charge additional depending on the additional hours you request for. ATTENTION: My day care and boarding rates are for dropoff/pickup at my place. If you need me to pickup and/or dropoff your furry babies, additional fee for the service will be applied. ATTENTION: My puppy definition includes “High energy dog” as well. Even if your pup is older than 1yr old, the puppy rates will be applied in case I need to train commands/leash training or/and constant super vision due to the energy level. I would assess the level on the first time I watch your pup. The rates may increase from the second time.

Michiyo took great care and was very communicative sending pics and letting me know how my pup was doing.
Michiyo was so great with Lola. We were cracking up at the photos and captions we were being sent. It was just like doggy camp, Lola had a blast!
Michiyo is great at taking care of our pup and gives great updates. She helped us out when we were in a bind and I wish I could tip her more for the work she has done for us.

I watch dogs in a pack with 2-10 dogs together. I also walk dogs in a pair or a group unless the dog needs one-on-one leash training. I do not like to separate dogs but I sometimes do especially when they eat. I do not give a treat to any dog under my watch unless it's for medical purpose. Giving a treat only to a certain dog will be considered as an unfair treatment to other dogs in my pack. Please understand that even if you bring special treats only for your dog, I am not able to give them due to the reason I mentioned.

Please share all the concerns/behaviol issues that you are aware of about your dog with me ahead of your dog's stay. I watch dogs in my pack without separateing with gates in the yard. I only use gates indoors when feeding or having them waiting without my supervision. If your dog has an issue when playing with other dogs, and/or when being left behind with or without other dog(s), I need to know. The other day, the dog who has an anxiety destroyed my house wall when I kept him and my dog in a small section of area using gate. I was walking another group of dogs. He was afraid of small area. I wish I could have known that. I was informed about the anxiety but I did not know that he was afraid of small area. Leaving him with my dog did not help. I could have prevented the incident if I have known the issue and left him with my dog in the backyard instead. Any information helps. Please do not hide.

Dogs typically run around in my backyard. My yard will be under maintenance soon to install an artifical turf. I block the dates (maybe 1-2 days) for the installation.

Availability
I am a full time dog sitter and I always coordinate which dogs I am going to have in my pack each day so sometimes I have to say NO to you depending on the dogs I alreay I have. I have an 9yr old daughter who goes to school located in about 5 minute walking distance from my house. I need to be away from home to drop off/pick up her for about 20 minutes each time in the morning and in the afternoon.
